To begin the 3rd quarter Hinson connects with Nash-Kelly(#2) who then takes the ball 40+ yards to the house(31-7). Westwood muffs the kickoff and the Dragons have the ball back around the 40. Working themselves into the red zone, White slips in on a quick run(38-7). Dragons air-tight secondary caused major problems for Westwood offense (generally they run an air-raid offense). Someone gets a hand on the attempted field goal and Round Rock has the ball back. Able to march down the field, the Dragons find themselves in threatening position again. White gets the call once more on a sweep, and finesses his way to the endzone for a now 38 point lead over the Warriors(45-7). Why do they still throw to him? Brian Bullock (#26) picks off Swansons pass giving the Dragons 3 interceptions on the night. Russi(#3) scores one more time for Round Rock. Soon enough Beard drops to a knee and runs the clock out, bringing the bell to this side of 620 for the first time in 6 years. A sweet homecoming without a doubt, the final score was Round Rock-52, Westwood-7.
The Brotherhood is real within this team, and it shows on the scoreboard as well as the field. In the last three games our defense has allowed 17 points total. On the other hand we have scored 150 points in past three games ALONE. The numbers speak for themselves ya'll, this is a team that is playing as one. Keep taking it one game at a time, Dragons.
